The terms of purchase are such that the purchaser fully understands that they are purchasing a product that is not evaluated by the FDA. Corvus CBD company products, including those with trace of amounts of .3% THC or less, are in accordance with the Federal Farm Bill of 2014.

All Corvus CBD products are in total compliance with the FDA regulations.  We make no claims of any of our products treating or benefiting any conditions. If you decide to purchase any of our products you understand you do so at your own conclusion that these CBD products can give you any additional benefits in your day to day life. We recommend consulting a physician before using any products we sell. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, we stand firm by our all sales our final status.  All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.  The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of North Carolina if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or us or return policy shall be in the state and or federal courts in North Carolina.

If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceable of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. SHIPPING DAMAGE
We want you to be happy.  We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and  thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before they are shipped.  However, we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us directly at (336) 541-5158 and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation.
